Our mission is to enrich the lives of our employees, clients, and communities.
We are members of the communities in which we build. We live, play, and work here in Wyoming. The mission of GH Phipps Wyoming is to continually enrich the lives of our employees, clients, and communities. We are building the foundations for our future generations.
Through our One-60-1952 program, we are encouraged to volunteer in our communities. We select the organizations we are passionate about and serve using our personal skills. Volunteer activities include coaching youth sports, fundraising, assisting with non-profit efforts, serving religious organizations, and lending a hand where needed. To our team, community is our vision—to Inspire. Lead. Deliver.
Safety Matters
Safety is our most important consideration for the wellbeing of our people, workers, and communities. It is the foundation of our employee-owned organization. We diligently set the goal of zero incidents and work to perform better than the key national OSHA statistics for Lost Time Accidents (LTAs), Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR), and Days Away/Restricted/Transferred (DART).
