GH Phipps Wyoming, previously Delta Construction, was hired as the Construction Manager At Risk. This project consisted of a 9,500 SF hangar bay, restrooms, kitchen, and 500 SF office on mezzanine. Also included was a 4,000 SF parking lot and 6,000 SF taxiway apron. This project was completed on an active regional airport.
