A new space to upgrade the skiing experience

GH Phipps Wyoming built a new resort lodge for the Hogadon Ski Area in Casper, WY, replacing the original 1959 lodge. The new lodge has an exposed Glu-lam structure and a large fireplace to create a cozy feel. The upper level includes a bar and restaurant and a full-service commercial kitchen. The lower level houses a ski shop and dressing rooms. A special feature of the new lodge is a large 15,000 gallon water storage tank which is located underground to service the kitchen and restrooms, and a separate 5,000 gallon system for fire suppression. The water tanks help mitigate the challenges of the property’s domestic well system.
