GH Phipps Construction Companies has provided general contracting services to the Laramie Regional Airport over multiple projects.
The most recently project at the airport by GH Phipps was the Fixed Base Operations Building. The purpose of this building is to function as a space separate from the adjacent terminal for pilots and private charters, including the University of Wyoming, to use between flights and access their private planes.
The new construction took place on the tarmac of the fully operational airport. GH Phipps Wyoming provided these services without any disruption to normal flight and airport operations.
In addition to secure areas for pilots between flights, the space also includes an executive conference room. The construction of this facility was completed with the addition of a VIP/private parking lot adjacent to the new
facility.
