GH Phipps Wyoming was hired as the Construction Manager At Risk. We worked with the architect and engineers to meet the design requirements with the fire department’s fixed budget. We gave back over $28,000 to the Owner at the end of this project as a result of buyout savings and returning project contingency, and completed some of the scopes with the assistance of the local community.
