GH Phipps Wyoming was hired as the Construction Manager At Risk. We worked with the architect and engineers to meet the design requirements with the fire department’s fixed budget. We gave back over $28,000 to the Owner at the end of this project as a result of buyout savings and returning project contingency, and completed some of the scopes with the assistance of the local community.
– 2,396 SF apparatus bay and 650 SF equipment mezzanine
– Pre-engineered metal building
– Emergency generator
– 5,000 gallon water cistern for filling fire equipment
– New access to Highway 14 requiring CDOT approval and permits.
